Engl:The place you will be staying is at the Botanica region of the city which is considered to be the leanest and the greenest region of the city. In the neighborhood, besides a number of small markets, there are two big supermarkets which are in 5 minutes by transport or 20 minutes of walking if you will decide to enjoy the view.
The apartment has 2 rooms: one big that can be used as an guest room and a smaller one-the bedroom. The kitchen is cozy and pleasant to be in. The main advantage consists in internet access available for free so if you have a laptop take it with you in order to be able to keep in touch with your family and friends, or ease the way of doing business.
You can rent the apartment both for a short period starting from one night to several months depending on your needs.

Ro: Apartamentul se află in sectorul BOTANICA al orașului Chişinău, considerat a fi cel mai verde si ecologic curat sector. În imdeidata apropiere sunt câteva magazine alimentare, piaţă agricolă, far macie, iar la o distanță de 5 minute cu transportul public sunt centrele comerciale "Jumbo" și "Elat".
Apartamentul are 2 odăi: dormitorul și o cameră mai mare, care poate fi utilizată la discreția dumneavoastră atît pentru lucru cît și pentru a primi oaspeții. Marele avantaj constă în accesul la INTERNET nelimitat (fibră optică), astfel dacă aveți laptop luați-l cu dvs. Pe langă aceasta, apartamentul vine după o reparație totală: fiind schimbate uşile şi podelele (parchet) de lemn aco perit cu lac la o nuanţă de stejar, trei jeamuri - profil din metal+plastic(5 cam.)+sticlă "Louien"; tencuiala pereţilor restaurată de la zero, fiecărei odăi aplicînduse un ten special, iar pe peretele din baie a fost aplicat un desen în stil japonez, teracotă în bucătărie şi baie; a fost instalat un nou sistem de apeduct, canalizare, electricitate şi încălzire a apei; 2 dulapuri mari (în odăi) zidite în pereţi ( stil american) și are toată mobila necesară, toate comodităţile comunale.
Puteți închiria acest apartament atît pe perioade scurte cît și pentru cîteva luni.
